Our Process

Request a Free Quote

It starts with a free quote. Here, we’ll outline the project based on the details you give us, and give you an estimate of how much your project will cost and how long it will take. There’s no pressure and no commitment, we’re just getting to know each other!

Walk-through Phone Call

Next, if you’re happy with the quote, we’ll schedule a walk-through call to ask each other questions. We want to custom-tailor the project to you, so we’ll ask about the project details, as well as give you time to ask any questions you might have for us. Once again, there’s no pressure, and no need to go with us.

Scope of Work

If you’re happy with the project and want to work with us, we’ll then create a full, scope-of-work document that will outline the project in detail, and include a final price to the project. This price won’t change as long as the project remains the same. Even if we spend more hours on it than originally planned—your price is locked in.

Content Capture

We’re in business! We’ll work directly with you to plan dates, organize people, and make sure that this project exceeds your expectations. 50% of the project’s price will be due upfront, while the other 50% will be due after you receive rough drafts of your completed project—just before we send you all the final files.

Editing and Revisions

Don’t sweat—the editing process is on us! You’ll get to request revisions to the project, and we’ll work hand-in-hand to deliver something that truly stuns.

Final Product

Once all revisions are completed, and you’ve approved of the final files, we’ll send them over. Congrats! Thank you for the trust you’ve placed in us to accomplish your project. We also like to check-in with you a few weeks after completing the project.
